Legends of Caspian: A Sinister Conspiracy

A bandit, dressed in a dark green cloak walked slowly down a corridor. He glanced about furtively. His hand went insides the folds of his robe and came out clutching a dagger. It shimmered in the light of a fading torch clutched in the mans other hand. He saw a light at the end of the corridor and he hurried forward. He breathed a sigh  of relief and extinguished his torch. He threw back into the bleak tunnel and emerged into the sunlight. There was a cry and suddenly he was thrown down and tied. He was hustled into a castle like building with walls that enclosed the tunnel and more. At the center of the castle was a huge tower. It was as black as ebony and looked like a needle against the sun. The man was roughly thrown into a wooden elevator and hoisted up into the air with a pulley. He reached the top of the tower and the elevator hit a docking port gently.
"You have come," a young man stepped from the shadows. He was a handsome, even though a scar ran down from his ear to his chin. He was cleanshaven and wore a loose fitting black tunic underneath a breastplate. Many daggers were stuck in his belt.
"Si-Si-Sir Ky-Kyle," the bandit stammered with fright.
"Now, now," Kyle said advancing. The man saw now that Kyle held a dagger loosely in his hand. Kyle toyed with it and said, "If I wanted you dead you would be dead now." Suddenly with one lightning move Kyle threw the dagger at a wooden target. The dagger glinted in the sunlight for one second before it crashed through the target splintering it into three pieces. The bandit gulped.
"What do you want from me?"
"Simple, you know of Caspian. He has something I want. I know he has it from my own sources, but I cannot capture him with force. You know the ways of the forest, find him. Find him, kill him, and bring a medallion he has in his possession to me. If you do not, well," Kyle gestured to the broken target. The bandit bowed awkwardly in his bonds. Kyle drew a dagger and neatly sliced them. The bandit scrambled to the elevator and it began lowering. Kyle watched him descend, and when the bandit was only ten feet from the ground, cut the rope that held it in place. There was shouts as Kyle turned and walked away from the elevator dock.
